报名时间：2025年5月12日—6月15日
报名方式：参赛项目通过湖南省科学技术厅官方网站(https://kjt.hunan.gov.cn)，登录“湖南科技云平台”进行报名（国际赛道开通双语报名通道），不需要提交纸质申报材料。大赛组委会为报名参赛的项目团队提供多方面的咨询指导服务。

Competition Information
Eligible Participants: These are open to teams (or individuals) worldwide who have not yet established a legal entity, as well as enterprises legally established outside Hunan Province.
Registration Period: May 12th, 2025 – June 15th, 2025
Participants shall log in to the"Hunan Science and Technology Cloud Platform"on the official website of the Department of Science and Technology of Hunan Province (https://kjt.hunan.gov.cn) to register their projects.(A bilingual registration channel will be available for the International Sub-tracks.) No hard-copy submission is required. The Organizing Committee will provide comprehensive consultation and guidance services to all registered project teams.
